Julia said that I have to leave it on until I learn to quit chewing and licking my owie. I told her that if my owie wasn't owie I wouldn't chew and lick it.
We can understand how it felt to have one of those things round our necks. But we have been good, we don't lick our owie, so we needn't have to wear those.
